My Client v. FCA US,LLC

Client leased a new 2021 Jeep Wrangler with drivability defects, multiple warning codes and overheating. The vehicle was out of service in excess of 30 days when Mr. Alexander was retained to seek Michigan Lemon Law remedies. The lawsuit was filed in May of 2022 and the Client was offered a repurchase in November of 2022. Client ultimately agreed on a cash settlement rather than the buyback.
