Lemon Law

Michigan's Lemon Law provides relief if you purchase or lease a defective vehicle. The Lemon Law also provides for the manufacturer to pay for your attorney fees and court costs.

A Lemon Law case begins with attorney review and analysis of all relevant documents relating to the sale/lease and repair of your vehicle, as well as research of common defects for your year/make/model. It is important to provide all documentation provided to you during the sales transaction and thereafter. The four most important documents are:

- Purchase/Lease agreement

- Finance agreement, if vehicle is purchased

- Repair invoices

- Registration and/or Title

Once I speak with you and review the these documents, I can provide you with your legal options, the range of possible outcomes, and the time it will take to be resolved.

Please review the Frequently Asked Questions, ("FAQ"), on this page for more detailed information.

Or, fill out the contact form on this page and I will contact you promptly to discuss your Lemon Law case.
