Pre-Litigation Settlement

Cash Settlement         

Client purchased a new Ford Mach-E on March 26, 2022. The first night driving it, the home screen blacked out and lights (including headlights) all turned off while driving in the dark and almost caused an accident. Client had to turn the car on and off multiple times to fix the issue. Also. the vehicle would not correctly fast charge on the day of delivery, with only 20-30% full before stopping. The vehicle left Client stranded multiple times where he had to stay at a level 2 charger for hours in order to charge and be able to make it home. During March and April, despite multiple repair attempts, the defects were not resolved by Ford's authorized dealer.

Client retained Mr. Alexander and the case was settled quickly with a cash settlement.
