My Client v. Ford Motor Company and St. John's Ford Mercury

Client leased a 2021 Ford Explorer and within 6,000 miles began experiencing a hard shift in the transmission. One day while in an intersection, the vehicle seized and would not go into gear. The transmission was replaced, however the hard shifting began again within a month of that repair attempt. 

Mr. Alexander filed a Lemon lawsuit and the case was ultimtely resolved with a cash payment to the Client.
