My Client v. General Motors, LLC, and Fox Chevrolet

Client leased a 2021 Chevrolet Bolt with battery defects. Per manufacturer instructions, to avoid fires, Bolt owners were told to limit the charge to 90 percent, plugin more frequently and avoid depleting the battery to below about 70 miles of remaining range.  The GM instructions limited the intended use of the vehicle. The Bolt was also subject to recalls for the same defect.
